A blog and podcast for pastors committed to faithfully shepherding God's flock.

Welcome

Thank you for taking a minute to stop here. There is a seemingly innumerable number of spots on the internet you could be and you’re here, and I am thankful.

With the scope of the internet and social media we are overwhelmed with information and opinions all day long. The information is disconnected, often void of context, and serves to distract us from what matters most. Honestly, with the development of AI we don’t know even know if we can trust what are reading and seeing at all times.

So, why take time to contribute to an online culture that is oversaturated and underwhelming? Because this site provides me an opportunity to slow down, think, and contribute to the conversation instead of only consuming. And, I hope this site is a quiet place for you in the midst of the noise of the internet, social media, and doom scrolling, to engage on the things that matter the most.

When this blog started my audience was largely those serving in ministry. But, ministry and life have been busy, and I spent more time on short form content on social media myself. After some time away from blogging, my desire is to focus here on living all of life in relation to and for the glory of God. I enjoy encouraging people to think, understand, and then live faithful to God day by day.

I will still bring the ministry part of my life here, but as much to connect the world of pastor to church member as to provide insight to fellow pastors.

By His Grace,

Rob Armstrong
